  With a passion, bordering on obsession, for everything Japanese; history, anime, (all things Godzilla) and of course cuisine, Edward received his first sushi education as a 5 year old, devouring sashimi plates in bars around San Francisco.

Straight Outa High School

Straight into the kitchen, Edward was instrumental in helping transform his parents restaurant from a brewpub menu to Hawaiian/Japanese cuisine, turning a struggling business into a juggernaut of profitability.

 

Using traditional equipment and techniques, Edwards goal is to be as authentic as possible making his restaurant a top sushi destination in Northern California.
